Russain Centre for Science and Culture in Kolkata and Kolkata Kathokatha , an association of the collectors jointly organized A Commemorative Exhibition of historical documents and materials in Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence on Wednesday, 10th August 2022. It will remain open for public viewing till Friday, 12th August 2022 between 3 to 7 pm. On the day of Inauguration participated Mr Andrei Agafanov, Senior Consul of the Russian Consulate General in Kolkata, Mr Riazul Islam, Counsellor, Bangladesh Deputy High Commission, Mr Prasad Ranjan Roy, Former Home Secretary, Govt. of West Bengal, Mr Haripada Bhowmick, eminent collector and renowned personalities from various fields of Culture. The exhibition is being highly appreciated and there is a constant flow of visitors from various walks of life.
