“Heritage Handloom Festival 2022” organized by SME Foundation & Association of Fashion Designers of Bangladesh to celebrate ‘Friends of Bangladesh Day’ H.E. Dr. Dipu Moni, Education Minister graced occasion as Chief Guest with High Commissioner of India Shri Vikram K. Doraiswami as guest of honour.

Unique & versatile weaves & handicrafts from the subregion are on display at the festival. Intricate & beautiful Muga, Tussar, Eri & Mulberry silk handicrafts including Makhela Chadar from the state of Assam are being showcased by LAHÉ Looms. Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India
