The 3-day long Bijoy Utsob concluded on 17 December 2022. The festival included cultural performances by artists from Bangladesh and India including Bangladeshi students studying in India. Eminent scholars from the two countries participated in discussions on contemporary issues. Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture and Parliamentary Affairs of West Bengal was the Chief Guest of the Utsob. The Mission was honored to have presence of the Heroic Freedom Fighters, Indian War Veterans, eminent political and cultural personalities during the 3 days.
