H.E. Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, MP, Hon'ble Agriculture Minister of Bangladesh visited Kolkata to attend a session on strengthening Bangladesh- India bilateral relations in different sectors organised by Bangla World Wide at the hotel Peerless Inn, Kolkata on 09 June 2023. He was the Chief Guest at the event. On 10 June 2023, the Hon'ble Agriculture Minister visited the Baker Hostel accompanied by the Deputy High Commissioner and laid floral wreath at the bust of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. In the evening, Hon'ble Agriculture Minister graced a cultural event as the Chief Guest organized by Bangla World Wide and the Calcutta Rowing Club. The cultural event featured recitation by eminent cultural personality from Bangladesh Mr. Ramendu Majumder and songs by eminent Bangladeshi singer Dr. Laisa Ahmed Lisa.
