Ten officials from Bangladesh Land Port Authority travel to India for training progamme under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme. Deputy High Commissioner Pawan Badhe interacted with the officials from Bangladesh Land Port Authority during the send-off ceremony organized by High Commission of India, Dhaka on 20 October 2024. Organized by the Land Port Authority of India, the training programme titled "Engineering in Excellence from Blue Print to Border" will focus on master planning of smart, green & resilient land ports. Under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme, over the last five years, India has provided training programmes to close to 3000 young Bangladesh officials in various disciplines such as accounts, audit, good governance practices, management, IT, data analytics, renewable energy, etc. in India's premier Institutes.
