High Commissioner Pranay Verma inaugurated a group art exhibition titled “Crossroad… not a project”at Galleri Kaya in Dhaka on 3 April 2026.

Featuring 11 contemporary Bangladeshi artists, including some who studied in India on the ICCR scholarship, the exhibition displayed artworks spanning diverse themes ranging from the Language Movement and Liberation War of Bangladesh, to depictions of everyday life and nature.

Opening the exhibition, High Commissioner described art and culture as a foundational ingredient of India-Bangladesh ties and called for deeper cultural exchanges between the two countries.
