As part of the Strategic Neighborhood Study Tour to Bangladesh, the National Defence College, New Delhi delegation visited the Naval Headquarters, Army Headquarters, Armed Forces Division and National Defence College, Mirpur on the first day. In the evening the delegation was hosted by Bangladesh Navy for dinner at BNS Dhaka.

Further, the delegation visited Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh Military Museum and Air Headquaters on their second day.

On the third day, the delegation visited BAF Base at Cox's Bazar. During these visits, the Defence Advisor and the Head of Delegation called on senior leadership of the Bangladesh Armed Forces as exchanged views on various topics including Defence Cooperation.

These exchanges strengthened the enduring bond of friendship and spirit of camaraderie between the two country’s Armed Forces. The study tour gave the delegation lessons on the unique security challenges of Bangladesh and their strategic priorities. These invaluable lessons will help consolidate the friendship and cooperation between the two neighbors.

বাংলাদেশে স্ট্র‍্যাটেজিক নেইবারহুড স্টাডি ট্যুর-এর অংশ হিসেবে নয়াদিল্লির ন্যাশনাল ডিফেন্স কলেজের প্রতিনিধিদল প্রথম দিনে নৌ সদর দপ্তর, সেনা সদর দপ্তর, সশস্ত্র বাহিনী বিভাগ ও মিরপুরের ন্যাশনাল ডিফেন্স কলেজ পরিদর্শন করে। সন্ধ্যায় বাংলাদেশ নৌবাহিনী ঢাকার বিএনএস-এ প্রতিনিধিদলকে নৈশভোজে আপ্যায়ন করে। এরপর, দ্বিতীয় দিনে প্রতিনিধিদল পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়, বাংলাদেশ সামরিক জাদুঘর এবং বিমান সদর দপ্তর পরিদর্শন করে। তৃতীয় দিনে প্রতিনিধিদল কক্সবাজারে অবস্থিত বিএএফ বেইস পরিদর্শন করে। এই সফরকালে মাননীয় প্রতিরক্ষা উপদেষ্টা এবং প্রতিনিধিদলের প্রধান বাংলাদেশ সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর ঊর্ধ্বতন নেতৃত্বের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করেন এবং প্রতিরক্ষা সহযোগিতাসহ বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে মতবিনিময় করেন। এই মতবিনিময় দুই দেশের সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর মধ্যে স্থায়ী বন্ধুত্বের বন্ধন ও সৌহার্দ্যের চেতনাকে আরও সুদৃঢ় করেছে। এই শিক্ষা সফর প্রতিনিধিদলটিকে বাংলাদেশের অনন্য নিরাপত্তা চ্যালেঞ্জ এবং তাদের কৌশলগত অগ্রাধিকার সম্পর্কে শিক্ষা দিয়েছে। এই অমূল্য শিক্ষা দুই প্রতিবেশি দেশের মধ্যে বন্ধুত্ব ও সহযোগিতাকে সুসংহত করতে সহায়তা করবে।
